Coastal Seafood Restaurant

From slow to seasons to sold-out nights
  • A coastal seafood restaurant experienced drastic slowdowns every fall and winter once tourist season ended. Locals loved the food, but few realized the restaurant was open year-round. The team relied heavily on summer foot traffic and word-of-mouth, resulting in inconsistent revenue during off-peak months.

  • The restaurant’s social media went quiet as soon as the busy season ended. Their Instagram lacked storytelling and community connection. Posts were sporadic, mostly promoting menu items without giving people a reason to visit during slower months.

    • Developed a seasonal content strategy showcasing cozy indoor dining, winter cocktails, and chef specials

    • Posted 3–4 times per week with emphasis on storytelling and ambience

    • Featured local partnerships, “staff favorites,” and holiday menu teasers

    • Used creative storytelling to highlight the restaurant’s winter charm and encourage off-season reservations

Screenshot of a professional dashboard showing insights for a period from September 14 to October 13. Metrics include views (125.2K), interactions (3.1K), new followers (352), and shared content (12).
Screenshot showing social media engagement stats with options for Reels, Posts, and Stories at the top, and to the side showing likes, comments, saves, shares, and reposts.

Content reached new audiences and saw a rise in shares: a strong indicator of conversion potential, as people often share posts with friends or family they want to visit the restaurant with.

Quaint, High-end Cafe

From quite cafe to trending brunch spot
  • A small yet high-end café with incredible food and aesthetic interiors struggled to gain visibility online. Despite a loyal morning crowd, the brand was virtually unknown on Instagram, missing the brunch-loving audience that could make them a weekend destination.

  • Their posts lacked visual identity and engagement. No Reels, no user-generated content, and minimal personality were present on the feed. The café’s charm wasn’t being captured or shared consistently.

    • Rebuilt their visual brand identity: warm tones, bright photography, and playful captions

    • Implemented a Reel-first strategy highlighting aesthetic moments like latte art, brunch spreads, and interior details

    • Integrated the story and sensation behind the cafe into the content itself

    • Created a content calendar focused on menu highlights and “Instagrammable” moments

Family-owned Italian Restaurant

Reviving a family restaurant’s online presence
  • A long-standing family-owned Italian restaurant had a loyal base of regulars but was losing younger audiences to trendier new spots. Their social media hadn’t been updated in months, and their online reputation didn’t reflect their authentic, high-quality dining experience.

  • Their Instagram focused on dated graphics and text-heavy posts. The brand’s story, generations of family recipes and local love, wasn’t coming through visually or emotionally.

    • Introduced storytelling-driven posts about the family history, legacy dishes, and behind-the-scenes kitchen moments

    • Simplified their feed design with clean, authentic photography and branded templates

    • Posted 3x per week blending nostalgia with modern appeal

    • Added short-form video content (Reels) highlighting cooking moments and family traditions

The Results:

A digital statistics dashboard showing a total of 400,226 views, with a pie chart indicating 3.2% followers and 96.8% non-followers. It also displays that 208,625 accounts were reached, representing a growth of 4,881.5%.

We “revived” their account with new and younger audiences that resulted in a +4,881.5% increase in reach. From there, the new audiences started to share with family and friends leading to the restaurant “warming” back up.
